XTab is a browser extension that enhances your Twitter/X experience by allowing you to open posts in new tabs. This privacy policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

Data Collection

XTab does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. The extension:

• Only runs on twitter.com and x.com domains
• Does not access your Twitter/X account or personal information
• Does not track your browsing activity
• Does not send data to external servers
• Only modifies how links open on Twitter/X pages

Permissions

The extension requires minimal permissions:

• activeTab - To modify the current Twitter/X page
• https://twitter.com/* - To work on Twitter
• https://x.com/* - To work on X (formerly Twitter)

Third-Party Services

XweetTab does not use any third-party services, analytics, or tracking tools.
